Workspace members can have 4 different roles:

  • Administrator / Editor
  • Administrator / Viewer
  • Editor
  • Viewer

Administrators / Editors can access and change billing information, upgrade and downgrade the account, assign roles to other members of the workspace, delete and add new workspace members, rename and delete the workspace. They can also create new boards, delete existing boards and edit boards. 

This is a paid role and costs $12 / month with the monthly plan or $120 / year with the annual plan.

Administrators / Viewers can access and change billing information, upgrade and downgrade the account, assign roles to other members of the workspace, delete and add new workspace members, rename and delete the workspace. They can comment and view boards but cannot create, delete and edit boards.

This role is free of charge.

Editors are workspace members who can edit existing workspace boards, create new boards and delete boards. They cannot access billing information.

This is a paid role and costs $12 / month with the monthly plan or $120 / year with the annual plan.

Viewers are workspace members who can view and comment on boards. They can comment and view boards but cannot create, delete and edit boards or access billing information.

This role is free of charge.
