Split view

What can you do with split view?Copied!Link to this section

Split view lets you view up to four files side by side (In your browser, or the MacOS app) so you can get more done, with less tab switching.

  • Designers: Work on wireframes right alongside the product specs.
  • Engineers: Compare two architecture diagrams (e.g. current vs proposed systems).
  • Product managers: Look at your retro board while building the next sprint plan.
  • Marketing teams: Build out a launch project with the campaign brief all in one view.
  • Leaders: View a high-level strategy doc while reviewing team projects.

Known limitationsCopied!Link to this section

  • Some pages are not able to be opened in split view like the Inbox, Recent, My tasks, and Workspace settings. We’re working on adding support for these pages - If any are particularly important to you, we’d love to hear about why.
  • It’s not yet possible to drag and drop items from one view to another, but you can copy and paste them easily between views. 👌
