How to upgrade your workspace
Whimsical’s Free plan allows you to create 3 collaborative boards and unlimited private files. You can also use 100 AI actions per editor and have up to 100 active tasks.
If you need more features, you’ll need to upgrade to one of our paid plans. 👌

A monthly subscription to our Pro plan costs $12 per month, per editor. You can get two months free with a yearly subscription to the Pro plan, which costs $120 per year for each editor.

Click Upgrade under your workspace name in the top left corner:

How to switch to an annual planLink to this section
If you have signed up for a monthly plan and wish to switch to an annual billing cycle, you can do this directly from your Subscription settings page.
Click the Switch to Annual button, and your subscription will update immediately. Our annual plan is more cost-effective than a monthly subscription.
