Use themes to customize the colors of your entire workspace or individual boards. You can change the color names, the shade of the text as well as colors themselves by selecting a specific color from the color picker or using hex codes.

Set a Default Color Theme

To set a default color theme that will be applied across all the workspace, go to the LibraryDefaultEdit Theme → choose the new default colors, color names, and text colors and click Save.

Changing the Default color theme will affect all the boards stored in the workspace, including boards in Private and Team folders for all the members of the workspace.

Custom Themes

Boards with custom themes will ignore the Default color theme of the entire workspace.

Create a Custom Theme

If you want to apply different colors to different boards, you can create custom themes. To do that, go to the LibraryNew ThemeEdit Theme → do your magic and click Save

Don't forget to give you theme a name so it's easier for you to find it and apply it to boards afterwards.

Apply a Custom Theme to a Board

If you want to apply a custom theme to an existing board, open the board, click from the upper-right corner of the screen → Edit ThemeApply from Library → choose a theme you have previously created in the Library → Save. You can change the theme of the board as many times as you like, the last chosen theme will overwrite the previous one.

Any updates made to an existing theme that is stored in your Library will automatically update the boards that have the theme applied to.

Change Colors without Creating a Custom Theme

You don't have to create a theme to be able to change the colors of the board. Simply open an existing board, click from the upper-right corner of the screen → Edit Theme → change the colors and click Save.

If you really like the colors you've created and want to reuse them in other boards, you can save the theme to the library by clicking Copy Theme to Library.
