Getting started with Projects

First of all, create a new Project or switch to Project mode.

Making Stacks and Cards

To make your first stack:

• Click or drag a stack out from the toolbar
• Use the keyboard shortcut S

To make a card:

• Double click on the canvas
• Click or drag a card out from the toolbar
• Use the keyboard shortcut A

Customizing Stacks and Cards

When you create or select a Stack, there are a set of customisation options available in the toolbar including:

• Setting the default size of cards added to that stack
• Setting the default colour of cards created in that stack
• Options to sort the cards in a stack by:
  • Newest
  • Oldest
  • Latest Comments
  • Most Comments
  • Most Votes
• The option to open the stack in a sidebar

When you create or edit a Card, you get similar options in the toolbar including:

• Changing the size of the card
• Changing the colour of a card
• Choosing whether to watch the card or not
• Assigning the card to yourself or a teammate
• Duplicating the card

Import and export

Need to just copy and paste? We have a quick way to import lists and turn them into Cards!

Inside Cards

Once you open a card, you can add a description, including lists, links and images:

You can also assign the card, change the color and send it to another stack - as well as start a discussion.

Checklists

When you add a checklist in your card's description, you'll see an indicator on the front of the card showing progress through the list:
