5 ways to create a new file

There are 5 ways to create new files in Whimsical

1. Go to whimsical.new in your browser.

2. Use the keyboard shortcut "Command + Option + N" or "Ctrl + Alt + N".

3. Click the + Create New  button in the top left corner.

4 and 5. From the Whimsical menu:

  • Click the +  button in the sidebar, then choose the file type you want to start with. (Don't worry, it's easy to mix and match file types by switching file mode)
  • Or click one of the icons in the folder view
