In paid team workspaces, you can add as many Viewer members as you'd like for free. This is a great option for coworkers or clients that need to review work inside of Whimsical but don't need to create anything themselves. Because Viewers are free, you can have your entire company in Whimsical while keeping costs low.

There are two main types of member roles in paid team workspaces:

  1. Editors: Editors are paid workspace members who can edit existing shared boards and create unlimited new boards. Paid Team workspaces are billed based on the number of Editors. When a new Editor joins a paid Team workspace, the account is automatically charged a prorated amount. When an Editor is removed, a prorated credit is added to the account and then applied during the next payment cycle.
  2. Viewers: Viewers are free workspace members who can view and comment on boards. Viewers cannot create new boards.

Both Editors and Viewers are able to access all the boards in the Shared folders in the team workspace.
