How do I update my billing information?

You will find your billing information, invoices and subscription details here*. Alternatively, click on the name of your workspace from the upper-left corner dropdown (1) → Subscription (2).

In the subscription settings, you have the option to update the details which appear on future invoices, including:
  • Company name
  • Address
  • Tax ID
  • Purchase Order number

Please note:

  • Only workspace admins can access the subscription page.
  • Your Tax ID and PO number will only be updated on invoices going forward. They will not be updated on existing invoices.
  • If you are based in the EU, your VAT number can be added using "EU VAT" in the Tax ID Type.
  • You won't be able to access past invoices after downgrading to our free plan. Please reach out to our support team if you need them.
