Whimsical currently offers three different pricing plans:
- Starter (free)
- Pro ($12 editor / month or $10 / editor / month when billed annually)
- Org ($20 / editor / month when billed annually)
Our Starter plan is a great fit for individuals who are looking to use Whimsical for their personal use while our Pro plan is tailored for teams and unlocks a world of features to supercharge your creativity and collaboration.
Our Org plan is designed for teams wanting to use Whimsical across the entire company. It offers custom terms, centralized access management, customizable security and privacy settings, domain lockdown, and more. Get in touch with our sales team to learn more about our Org plan.

Subscription
One subscription is tied to one Whimsical workspace (not a specific user account or email address). When you upgrade a workspace, all users who are editors in that workspace will have access to create unlimited items and enable a quota of 2000 AI actions per month. You will be charged for each editor in the workspace.
Our values have helped us craft a fair billing system where we offer prorated credits if you remove an editor during the course of your subscription period. This article explains in detail how adding and removing editors impacts your bill.
You can cancel your subscription at any time and won't lose access to any of the files you've created.
Discounts
We gladly offer a 20% discount to non-profit organizations, and teachers and students can enjoy Whimsical free of charge with our education plan which provides the same features as our Pro plan with a limit of 100 AI actions.
